Please read this page if you are interested in adopting one of our puppies. Thank you!
All of our puppies are raised with the greatest love and care possible! Our dogs are our pets and they are valued by our entire family.
The puppies will not leave our home until they are 8 weeks old. At that time they will have a certificate of health from a certified vet, be up to date on their shots, and have been wormed multiple times. The puppies will have begun their potty training, but at 8 weeks they are still learning and will require patient and consistent training.
They will go home with their vet records and a baggie of high quality puppy food. If you are going to switch puppy food, please do so gradually, mixing the new food with the food we send home, gradually increasing the new food over several days. Switching food too quickly can give your puppy an upset tummy and cause him/her to get sick. If your puppy gets an upset tummy, give him/her a tea spoon of plain canned pumpkin with their food until they feel better.
If you are not able to pickup your puppy on pickup day, please let me know. There is a $15 per day charge to keep your puppy past the pickup day or the weekend following if pickup day lands on a weekday.
If you want to adopt a puppy, please fill out the Puppy Adoption Application form below. The application helps us to match each puppy with the perfect new family. If we approve your application we will email you and you can then reserve your puppy. I am always happy to help you pick the puppy that best fits your family. A $300 non refundable deposit holds your puppy for you until pickup day. The $300 deposit goes towards the price of the puppy. You can pay it through PayPal or credit card on our website . Puppies are reserved in the order deposits are received, so do not delay if you have your heart set on a specific puppy. The remaining balance is due in cash (no checks) at the time of pickup.
In order to protect our puppies from outside germs and disease we no longer allow puppy visits before puppies have their first set of shots and are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. This was a hard decision for us as we like to meet our puppy families and them to meet their puppy, but it is in the best interest of our puppies and your future puppy to be protected as much as possible. I do post lots of puppy pictures and update them every week so you can watch your puppy grow. Thank you so much for your understanding!
